Disclaimer
Permanent makeup results cannot be guaranteed. Each individual heals differently, and many factors—including skin type, lifestyle, health, and aftercare—are outside the artist’s control. Because of this, permanent makeup can be a multi-step process.
An additional session may be needed to achieve your desired result and must be completed within **12 weeks** of your initial appointment.
While we are committed to providing exceptional service and using high-quality products, healed results will vary from person to person.
This ensures every client receives the time, privacy, and care they deserve.
Vanityhouse is an exclusive studio open by appointment only.
Payments
We accept cash, debit, and all major credit cards.
If paying with cash, please bring exact change, as we do not keep cash on site.
A standard 5% Alberta GST will be added to all services.
Cancellations & Late Policy
Out of mutual respect, we ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Without adequate notice, it becomes difficult to fill the space, resulting in lost income for your artist.
We understand that unexpected situations happen; however:
- No-show appointments, or
- Two last-minute cancellations
will require a 50% deposit to secure any future bookings.
Touch-Ups
We will offer to schedule your touch-up during your first visit. If you choose not to book at that time, it becomes your responsibility to secure your preferred date.
Touch-ups should be booked 4–6 weeks after the initial appointment.
Any touch-up scheduled after 12 weeks will be charged according to the time elapsed since your last appointment.
A minimum of 8 weeks is required before a touch-up can be performed.
A third colour-building session may be needed and will be charged at $150.

If you have previous permanent makeup completed elsewhere, please email a clear photo to info@vanityhouseyyc.ca
or book an in-person consultation before scheduling a procedure.
A pigment-lightening session may be recommended prior to starting.
If color correction or additional preliminary work is required, extra sessions will be charged accordingly.
No refunds will be issued for any services performed.
